	The sugar maples at the Black Jack Battlefield location are actually planted in a rectangular array, and usually I attempt to photograph them in such a way as to deemphasize that. On this occasion, however, I liked the bright foliage toward the end of the darker tunnel of trees. The leaves had been falling for several days, providing a colorful carpet.
